Gregory Williams Mr. Williams graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to co-founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked for Fidelity Investments in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and Advance Realty Group, a regional owner, developer, and property manager as a professional in the development and capital markets areas of the firm. GWilliams@crdpt.com Machelle Muir Ms. Muir, a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Accounting from Hope College and a Master’s in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of South Florida with a concentration in Finance.  Ms. Muir has over 25 years experience in finance and accounting in the real estate industry, having worked for and consulted to firms engaged in commercial and residential real estate acquisition and disposition, development, and management. Liszt Mr. Liszt earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law School at Nova Southeastern University where he was a Goodwin Scholar. Mr. Liszt is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Prior to joining Cardinal Point, Mr. Liszt practiced law in the areas of Real Estate, Finance, Secured Lending, and Business. Rufus Williams IV Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College and a Master’s in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Prior to co-founding Cardinal Point, Mr. Williams worked on Wall Street as an Investment Banker in the Financial Institutions Group (“FIG”) at JP Morgan and subsequently at Sandler O’Neill + Partners. Most recently, he was a founding partner of Hudson Insurance Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on insurance related investments that was backed by large institutional investors. Prior to joining Cardinal Point, Mr. McSweeney worked for Fidelity Investments in the High Yield Real Estate Debt Group and the Real Estate Private Equity Group. David I. Moskovitz Mr. Moskovitz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of South Florida.
